I am responsible for administrative work, physician support, cosmetic treatments and social media advertising. Here are a few tasks I have been trained to do- collecting a patient's medical history, taking vital signs, comprehending the patients needs, assisting in skin cancer surgery and performing medical and cosmetic treatments. On the back end I have established and grown social media accounts along with introducing different commutative platforms for the office to utilize and help grow the practice.

Responsibilities included developing and documenting procedures, marketing product, implementing expectations to employees, analyzing clients skin underneath mag lamps and communicating with them to find the appropriate product. Most importantly, ensuring that every customer left with exactly what they need and an experience to bring them back. I took the initiative to start social media campaigning to increase foot traffic into the store which came with building relationships with customers. I then received accolades for improving the overall well-being of a store.

Techniques for teaching voice, guitar and piano including immediately breaking down barriers with students, communicating and assembling lesson plans to ensure that the individual lesson times are spent efficiently and positively reviewing student’s progress daily with them or their guardian. Also, my reputation has enabled me to retain students faster than typically expected. I have taken the initiative to advertise and market myself which has helped increase revenue for the company.

Greeting clients immediately and communicating with them to ensure they are directed to the correct department while also answering phones in a timely and professional manner. Other duties include event planning, scheduling, sending and distributing mail to the company along with communicating to all departments daily. This job came with a high degree of customer contact which required my outgoing and welcoming personality to shine through. My overachieving manner provided me with motivation to complete each task to my greatest ability.
