I oversee the creative vision for photography, catalogs, direct mail pieces, packaging and seasonal campaigns. I manage a talented team and work with cross-functional partners, fostering collaboration and teamwork to bring these projects to life with creativity and impact.

Managed the design team responsible for product development, licensed artist relations, art creation, marketing needs for all channels, photo shoots, trade show booths, and site updates. Communicated on a daily basis with overseas vendors and traveled domestically and internationally to source new products and materials. Art directed artists and designers, both in-house and remote, on the creation of new product that was on trend and in-line with the brand and corporate goals.

Designed all graphic materials including packaging, press kits, postcards, tradeshow signage, and catalogs for seasonal gift products. Assisted in the development of home décor products, textiles, fixtures, and furniture from initial sketches to production, which included communicating on a daily basis with many overseas vendors. Organized and stylized photo shoots and production work on images. Merchandised product at the wholesale and retail level, which included extensive domestic travel to many national tradeshows.

Conceptualized, designed and laid out catalogs for seasonal outdoor living and home décor products. Coordinated photo shoots including organizing backgrounds, props and models, and assisting with stylizing product shots. Developed identities, packaging and POP for individual gift product lines. Created signage and promotional pieces for national tradeshows.
