I contribute to layout, typography, and imagery selections to produce design solutions. I also collaborate with the rest of the Hueman team in the creation of branding, graphic, web, video, and illustration projects.

Assists in producing content for Community Services Department communication, marketing, and public relations materials for print and electronic communications (social media, email newsletters, web). Also assists in writing, pitching, and following up on press releases, news advisories and public service announcements, proofread and review materials to correct spelling, punctuation, grammatical and typographical errors, and assists with design and layout of communication materials for both print and web. In addition to this, assists in maintenance of City of Fontana Community Services Department web pages and related sites. Attends various community events and meetings to take photographs; assist with photo editing and photo library management. Provides communications support to Marketing Specialist and other Community Services Divisions as requested.

I conceptualize and design promotional advertisements and posters for on-campus clients and organizations for various campus events. I am also responsible for converting the designs into various formats for promotional needs such as social media and email. At the end of eachwork order I package the designs.

I provide outstanding customer service while processing purchases, returns, will call tickets, refunds, and exchanges. I learned all procedures and policies with ease, answer phone calls, absolve customer issues through the use of my problem solving skills, and count out my cashdrawer at the end of my shift with 100% accuracy.
