I traveled to Groenekan, Netherlands to work on a small, organic farm for a month. During my stay, I was exposed to and completed various tasks on the farm. These included, but were not limited to, sowing new seeds and preparing beds, putting in a sprinkler system in the greenhouse and taking care of the chickens and sheep. On Saturdays I helped with the on-site farm stand, and during the week I assisted my host with delivering produce to a local organic market.
