-Providing a customer-friendly environment while maintaining golf shop responsibilities.

-Coordinated the Honors Celebration, Woman of the Year, and Saluting Excellence awards programs at the NCAA Convention.-Established and maintained communications with honorees. -Produced news releases and feature stories for internal and external audiences using research and interview materials.-Collaborated with the NCAA's design, travel and production partners for various projects.-Organized build days between athletic departments and Habitat for Humanity. -Provided research and information to the Honors Committee and Woman of the Year Selection Committee.-Engaged in professional development trips including to Chicago, Illinois, and Dallas and Houston, Texas. For the 2023 NCAA Convention:-Executed the NCAA Woman of the Year community service project with NCAA's partners, Buick and Scholastic. The project donated over 30 books to each library selected by a 2022 NCAA Woman of the Year Top 30 honoree. In total, over 900 books were donated to middle schools and local libraries. -Served 2,969 NCAA Convention attendees.-Managed 64 honorees for three different award ceremonies including college sports legends like Muffett McGraw and Jim Nantz. Additional volunteering:-Grabbed quotes and assisted the communications staff at the 2022 Big Ten Football Championship. -Encouraged utilization of social media and served as a team liaison and facilitator to 160 graduate assistants and interns throughout the three-day NCAA Leadership Development program called the Emerging Leaders Seminar.

-Designed and executed strategic communications plans for two clients in the Harrisonburg area. -Created a calendar with social media posts for each client.-Wrote feature blogs for the Bluestone Communications website.

-Hired as a student-worker after the completion of my practicum with the athletics communications department.-Worked with the JMU football, volleyball, soccer, softball, and basketball teams.-Produced content for each team's Instagram stories during games.-Prepared press box and press conference area before and after games.-Communicated with various members of athletics communication, operations, marketing staffs.

-Assisted student-athletes in communication and sports communication coursework.-Coordinated with academic advisors to schedule meetings for student-athletes.

-Served as the Communications Co-Chair on the Executive Board and representative for the women’s golf team.

-Fulfillment of terms as a scholarship athlete at JMU while achieving high academic standards.-Served as the women's golf representative and Communications Co-Chair on the JMU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.-Chosen to be a member of the JMU Faculty Athletic Advisory Committee and the first Dukes LEAD Leadership Academy.-Leading team throughout our canceled 2022 fall season, and into our COVID-restricted 2021 spring season as we continued to win our conference championship.

-Selected as one of 250 student-athletes and administrators across Divisions I, II, and III.-Representative for James Madison University and the Colonial Athletic Association. -Attended a 4-day conference in Houston, TX, including speakers and workshops to build upon my leadership experience.

-Supported the Clemson Reading Program with the distribution of prizes and social media planning.-Constructed a marketing plan for the women's soccer team for the 2021 fall season.-Assisted with the football team's media day production.

-Selected as one of three-hundred student-athletes for the 3-day virtual Career in Sports Forum.-Uncovered my strengths in the workplace and how to apply them throughout my career and life.-Engaged in over 8 keynote sessions increasing my knowledge in branding, networking, and the sports industry.-Participated in a voluntary case study competition prior to the forum where I collaborated with other student-athletes to create an event and marketing plan for the Seattle Storm.

-Selected as one of 200 student-athletes to participate in leadership training. -Engaged with professional individuals and learned about my leadership style and core values.

-Working with JMU volleyball, football and softball communications staff to produce game day statistics, content and media materials.-Assisting with the JMU softball team throughout their record-breaking season on the road to the 2021 Women's College World Series.-Interacting with fans and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to create content for the JMU Athletics social media account.
