Currently, I manage day-to-day operations of the strategy execution office. I own the stage-gate process to drive accountability, transparency and pace for key growth and cost to serve initiatives across the enterprise. This is done by analyzing financial metrics on initiatives, developing quarterly executive-level presentations to report out on success of.

I created an operational support structure to ensure successful execution of the WinField Untied services business. This included building a warranty management system that increased enrollment 120%, reconciling millions of dollars of warranty claims, and providing data-backed insights to inform risk hedging strategies.
