Associate Director, Patient Marketing
Current● Spearheads the creation of the patient journey to ensure marketing campaigns for 100+ clinical trials are successful ● Manages a team of five marketing professionals to handle patient recruitment marketing forclinical trials● Oversees the content development and design process of patient marketing materials to ensure they reach diverse patient populations on a global scale ● Manages patient recruitment ad proposal and material packages to increase speed of delivery; year-to-date we've increased by more than 30% ● Collaborates cross functionally (including global stakeholders from countries such as Brazil and Canada) to review down funnel metrics to ensure we are meeting or exceeding recruitment goals● Develops KPI’s across patient recruitment marketing ad plans to address pain points and monitor success● Responsible for managing patient recruitment marketing campaign costs ranging from $3,000 to $500,000 ● Works closely with team to develop a multi-channel approach for patient recruitment that includes both digital and traditional tactics● Partners with digital marketing team to find ways to reduce patient acquisition costs; goal is to achieve 20% savings by end of 2023
