I’ve worked everywhere from elementary classrooms to a lab on a dairy farm. The connecting theme in all jobs is the people. I love to connect with people and observe the different ways that people see and learn in the world. Over the years the most important communication lesson that I’ve learned is that you can’t say thank you too many times. To be at my best I need clear communication.When I’m not with people I spend my time creating fiber arts, lately I’ve been embroidering small patches for my tote bags. I also spend time absorbing as much content the Internet has to offer such as comedy and current events. When I need to touch some grass I go out to my vegetable garden and learn about the ways that plants communicate - it’s through mushrooms!
