I have worked intensively with young children for 10+ years. During these years I have student taught, tutored, taught preschool, and worked as a nanny, then transitioned into administrative roles. Through all of these experiences I have found and developed different and effective strategies of managing classrooms and teaching staff. I have also had ample time planning and administering developmentally appropriate lessons for children as young as 3-years-old and as old as 12-years-old. I have learned the importance of working as a team member in order to provide the highest quality experience for young children. I am currently a supervisor overseeing fellow administrators and classroom staff to ensure a high quality preschool program.
