• Manage the Seasonal and Permanent recruitment process for 5 Merlin attractions (Coca-Cola London Eye, London Aquarium, London Dungeon, Madame Tussauds London & Shrek’s Adventure! London) from grades B3-G
• Line management of 1x Recruitment Specialist and 1x recruitment Administrator
• Create job requisitions, advertise roles, screen applications, invite candidates and prepare & facilitate Assessment Centre’s of up to 30 candidates at any given time whilst also scheduling & carrying out 1-1 interviews
• Create contracts & ensure the onboarding process is completed in a timely manner in accordance with payroll cut off
• Provide feedback to both successful & unsuccessful candidates
• Check the input of payroll for all new starters, leavers and changes

The main scope of my role is to successfully recruit the Seasonal workforce of CWoAR.-Manage the Seasonal bulk recruitment process of around 1000 employees at the beginning of each season as well as manage smaller recruitment campaigns for Summer, Halloween & Christmas.-Create job requisitions and advertise roles-Prepare & facilitate Assessment Centres of.

• Act as a liaison for the Hotel within the Resort HR function
• Maintain accurate information on starters & leavers
• Provide support on employee relations issues
• Maintain accurate personnel records on Ciphr
• Liaise with Recruitment & Training team to ensure the new starter process ran smoothly
• Ensure all employee noticeboards within Hotel were engaging, informative & kept up to date with relevant information on benefits, incentives and social events
