I led launch communications to announce new Office app (Sway) and product upgrades (Office 2016) to existing Office 365 commercial customers. I also developed an email marketing strategy to reduce churn for existing subscribers exhibiting low usage behaviors.

I developed and implemented a category plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals. I built strong relationships with strategic supplier accounts and identified operational opportunities to tackle with internal teams. I also mentored and developed a team of two associates.

I drove supplier relationship management with over 100 accounts. I executed high volume negotiations, including everyday pricing, warehouse stock programs, annual incentive programs, and advertising programs. I identified merchandising opportunities and collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive category goals.
