2023 - Currently leading the implementation of Humanology Group's “SpeakSafe” Psychological Safety program across Queensland’s leading provider of electricity and power (1200+ employees across Queensland). “SpeakSafe” is a 2-year project specifically designed to build a cultural norms, individual capability and leadership and team behaviours that empower employees to ‘Speak Up and Speak Safely’ about Psychosocial Hazards at work.2022 - Delivered a series of 9 Keynote Workshops across the global regions of the United Nations as part of a global Psychological Safety and Mental Health at Work initiative.2020 - Partnered with a global mining organisation to deliver a 2-year program focused on increasing effectiveness and collaboration through workplace culture and behaviour through Psychological Safety and a learning (growth) mindset. In 2020, this program was accelerated by the unprecedented environment that COVID-19 created. Bringing together the company’s values of “A Culture of Care”, their vision of achieving a ‘speak up’ culture and learning agility, and Humanology Group’s approach, we implemented a Leadership Psychological Safety program for teams which identified critical behaviours and actionable team routines to drive cultural change from the top down, team by team, leader by leader. Delivered behavioural coaching to over 200 leaders during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, focusing on leading through uncertainty, growth mindset and psychological safety. 2019–2023 - Implemented Psychological Safety ‘SpeakSafe’ programs across the mining and resources industry in Queensland, Western Australia and Australian Capital territory, focusing on leadership behaviours that build Psychological Safety and establishing team norms, systems, practices and behaviours that allow Psychological Safety to flourish.

• Delivered individual and group coaching to over 300 Executive MBA students • Introduced a brand new lecture series into the MBA professional development schedule, delivering lectures to 360 MBA students. Secured the lecture series as a permanent fixture of their curriculum due to the positive response• Delivered face-to face and virtual career coaching to LBS Alumni, a population of 28.500 Global Leaders throughout 120 countries. • Designed and rolled-out a highly proactive and strategic approach to career management for senior executives, changing coaching delivery and replacing portal content.• Delivered, with excellent feedback, a career sustainability lecture series for Alumni, in preparation for the changing economic climate and downturn of the European Market.

• Launched ‘Career Management Services’ as a new product within DBM United Kingdom, winning and delivering business to clients such as Booz Allen Hamilton, QCA, Pfizer and GSK. • Appeared regularly as Guest Speaker for HR Directors, presenting on the topic of Career Management and Resilience.• Co-developed and presented “Managing Your Talent Pipeline” Directors’ Briefing, which was successfully rolled out internationally and led to significant business in the Talent Management space.• Provided customised individual and group career transition support from Managing Director to operative level for many FTSE 100 companies (including Abbey, Vodafone, Allied Domecq, Unilever, Goldman Sachs, BT, ExxonMobil, EDF Energy, GSK, IBM, Nestle, Orange and Shell). • Co-wrote and introduced “Negotiating Job Offers” seminar to the series of workshops DBM offered clients. Trained Consultants to deliver this seminar, which became one of the most popular on offer.• Managed the successful operation of a DBM Career Centre for an international telecommunications company. Project included 370 affected employees, 10 Consultants and 3 administrative staff. 50% of employees were ‘settled satisfactorily’ by the closure of the site. Considered by Client and DBM an extremely successful project.
