I was responsible for the final inspection of press rollers with a vast array of sizes and specifications, which were used for various purposes over the world. This involved finish polishing, assessing the cell geometry under a microscope and Anicam, and producing reports for the customer. I was able to identify staining to the rollers and solve the cause, which allowed productivity to be increased across the shop floor. I spent time observing the laser engraving procedure, and sign off each protocol for the rollers, allowing me to identify areas of improvement to streamline the production.

Stress Engineer I was responsible for creating both simple and complex finite element models for external clients and the internal stress department to use for stress analysis on aircraft components.
