As an OSI Global Account Executive, I’m responsible for discovering, onboarding, and guiding IT clients to affordable data center management solutions. I work with a team of OEM-certified engineers to implement the custom solutions OSI is known to deliver.We have served more than 2,500 customers with support services for post warranty & EOL/EOSL hardware, as well as providing certified pre-owned data center hardware and optical solutions at significantly reduced costs compared to buying new from the OEM. As a ChannelWorks Account Executive/Partner Development Rep, I’m responsible for discovering, onboarding, and guiding IT channel partners on finding additional streams of revenue and provide their customers options for their on-premise server, storage and network hardware. I work with a team of OEM-certified engineers to implement the custom solutions ChannelWorks is known to deliver.We work with many providers on CRN's Solution Provider 500 list, are an Ingram Micro partner, and have helped hundreds of VARs, MSPs and Brokers position themselves as a one-stop-shop for all their customers’ IT lifecycle needs.To get an idea of the type of deals I help partners with:One of the largest VARs in North America recently contacted us to help provide a solution for his end user, who had more than 100 boxes of networking gear coming off warranty with the manufacturer. A specialist spoke with the partner rep, who was scrambling to find a more affordable solution for its customer as the manufacturer refused to budge on its $1.2M price point. Our specialist had a better and less costly solution.We were able to offer the same support for $175K, saving the end user more than 85%, while also providing a better SLA than the OEM.By switching to ChannelWorks support, this VAR helped its customer avoid an expensive maintenance renewal with the OEM and they saved $1,025,000.
