Full-Time - Corporate ServicesHRIS Duties:Responsible for HRIS maintenance, conducting audits to ensure data integrity, developing regularly scheduled adhoc reports out of HRIS, Key participant in multi-year HRIS Implementation (UltiPro) through administration, data processing and process mapping, development and implementation, SME for HR systems (UltiPro, Bizlibrary, Sertifi, beBetter). Payroll backup.Reporting:Responsible for monthly reporting to be distributed throughout the company. UltiPro Reporting expert for the company.Benefits:Manage benefit enrollment through HRIS, electronic vendor file processing, audit company enrollment, main contact for benefit questions and issue relation, create documentation and train employees on how to enroll in benefits, coordinate 3rd party COBRA.
