I'm Carly, one of Withum’s Talent Advisors on the Professional Coaching Team! I spent the early years of my career honing my client service expertise working as a tax professional. I am a licensed CPA and hold both my Bachelors in Accounting and MBA from the University of Central Florida. I also hold my PCC ICF credential as a Professional Leadership & Executive Coach. My passion for helping individuals create authentic, effective, and fruitful relationships has led me to specialize in people, talent and operations. I'm a firm believer in the power of humanity at work!Within my firm, I help individuals thrive within the workplace by co-creating a foundation to be their best selves and unlock their greatest potential.
