Planned, coordinated, and executed event-parking: hiring and supervising 10 managers and 100+ game-day employees. Assessed departmental services for improved efficiencies and made recommendations to Parking Operations Supervisor. Scheduled, coordinated, and maintained the campus parking event calendar, notification systems and website.
