I lead Cariloop's Legal and Compliance function. I provided solution-oriented leadership for all legal and risk management needs of TreviPay, a global financial technology company with a focus on providing innovative payments and invoicing services for business-to-business payment transactions. I managed TreviPay’s litigation and pre-litigation disputes and advised on operational issues including compliance and regulatory matters, fraud investigations, information security incidents, and mergers and acquisition diligence.I led the company's global legal management of employment and labor issues for nearly 700 TreviPay employees, agents, and contractors located around the world, and in that capacity was the Confidential Reporting Program Owner. I also had primary responsibility for guiding the creation and management of TreviPay’s patent portfolio. In addition to my operational experience, I collaborated with our leadership team to scale the business, grow revenue, and meet other strategic performance indicators by negotiating enterprise software licensing arrangements and other multinational agreements and contractual amendments.TreviPay locations of operation include North America, Latin America, EU, and APAC regions.
