Time For Change Project ManagerUp 2 Us Dec 2013 - May 2014In 2013 I moved into the role of Project Manager for Time for Change, an Up 2 Us project working to support young women transitioning to and from institutional care, including secure accommodation, mental health facilities and prison. As Project Manager I undertook a varied remit, from direct one to one support, including management of a team of loan workers and oversight of a 24/7 crisis service, to service promotion and influencing the sector's understanding of gender specific work.

Time for Change is an extremely special, one of a kind project working to divert young females from engaging in the youth and adult criminal justice system. The role involved one to one practical and emotional support, including direct, issue based work such as substance misuse and self harm. Crucial out of hours crisis service delivered on top of workload throughout the week.
