The Re-Up Refill Shop offers a range of ecological bath, body, cooking, food, kitchen, and cleaning products in refillable containers, reducing waste from single-use plastics. In our last year of operation, we diverted 38,717 single use plastic containers... that's 48 cubic yards of trash — enough to fill 24 commercial dumpsters. DESIGN LEAD:Manage all design and creative initiatives for Urban Adamah communications team. Coordinate a wide range of design projects from conception and layout to print and distribution. Work across multiple departments to streamline digital and physical representation of brand.ASSISTANT FARM MANAGER:Manage a year-round farm team to ensure production on a 2-acre not for profit educational farm. Facilitate delivery of produce to local community food organizations. Integral member of the sustainability committee.

Working and learning on Urban Adamah’s organic farm while simultaneously undergoing internship placements within the Bay Area community. Gaining significant skills, training and hands-on experience in sustainable urban agriculture, social action and justice, community building, and leadership development.

Integral member of an organic, regenerative agriculture farm team with goals of providing fresh produce to park visitors and employees, conserving the natural landscapes and biodiversity of the park and starting a conversation around ecological agriculture.

Conducted testing of packaging, graphic design, and illustration under new products for Always Local, a startup Aquaponics Farm. Implemented market research and development. Ran test studies and research forums to determine the flavor, freshness and nutrient levels in lettuce strains in contrasting growing systems.
