After working as an intern at CMG for a year, Carly became a full-time member of CMG's Creative Team. • Created informational and promotional communications for the university (primarily programs and events within Student Life) using the Adobe Creative Suite for over 30 projects • Worked with clients such as the Center for Campus Involvement and the Office of Greek Life to meet their needs at every step of the iterative process, bringing initial concepts to final designs• Led team of designers on college-wide brand campaign for University Unions (see presentation below)• Handled several projects at a time and learned how to solve creative problems under tight deadlines

• Planned, marketed, and executed a total of 17 co-curricular events for the student body, ultimately reaching over 1,000 students • Coordinated campus wide art exhibits and installations such as M-Passioned Art and Women’s History Month Exhibit promoting an inclusive community • Managed 7 exhibit spaces across 3 buildings• Developed problem solving, budget maintenance, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment

• Instructed students ages 2-16 across several artistic mediums at a diverse array of events including workshops, birthday parties, camps, and open studio hours • Conducted administrative tasks such as managing revenue and registration spreadsheets and communicating with customers
