Since hired as the Marina Manager for Tennessee National, I have successfully led two construction companies to the completion of building a floating retail store and 130 new covered boat slips while ensuring all environmental guidelines were met by TVA standards. After the completion of construction, I grew the number of customer accounts by 225% in the second year of operation. During this time of growth, I also expanded my team from 2 employees to 10 employees. Balancing budgets, profit & loss reports, and economic factors became a comfortable part of my position.

As an assistant manager at Twin Creeks Marina, I handle all day to day operations while creating a one of a kind experience for our customers and staff. I am in charge of training new employees, overseeing the boat rental and office operation, aid in software and other technology development, and aid in resolving customer issues in order to meet their satisfaction.
