As a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with five years of direct experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, I bring a diverse skill set and a unique perspective to the table. My journey started with a Bachelor's degree in Gerontology from Towson University, where I gained foundational knowledge in health sciences and human development. This laid the groundwork for my interest in understanding behavior across the lifespan.I furthered my education by pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. This program equipped me with the theoretical background and practical skills necessary to effectively assess, design, and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs.Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with a variety of developmental, intellectual, and social-emotional disabilities. My experience spans across diverse settings, including in-home, clinic, school, and community environments. Collaboration is at the heart of my approach.
