Duties including maintaining and setting up review panels and distributing EERs for review as well as ensuring completeness and correctness of all performance evaluations. Eligible Family Member Employment Portfolio – Oversee the recruitment and filling of the Consulate's EFM employment positions. Duties include drafting vacancy announcements, updating position descriptions, posting vacancies, screening applications, setting up interviews, and representing HR during interviews. Awards Portfolio – Coordinate major logistical planning and implementation of the Mission China awards program at Consulate General Shanghai. Duties include collecting award nominations and performing technical reviews to ensure compliance with awards program policy as well as planning and executing all logistical and operational aspects of the annual Consulate awards ceremony.
