Throughout my career, I’ve helped tech companies optimize and transform their marketing strategies. Here’s how:- At STERIS, the strategy was fragmented across the organization. I led the global Life Sciences business to align their strategy across teams, functions and geographies by creating a global 5-year financial target and path to achieve it. - One of my strategic partners, Cisco, wanted to enter the industrial market. With my insight and expertise, the Cisco team was able to expand their product line, reference architectures, and CCNA certification into the industrial market through a comprehensive IT/OT demand generation program. - To address the growing workforce skills gaps, the industrial community needed Ethernet-centric educational resources. I led the marketing efforts for Cisco, Rockwell Automation and Panduit to drive industrial Ethernet adoption through a free training platform for various personas - IT, OT, management, operator, etc. - Customer validation and input was lacking in our business partnering strategy. I managed customer round-table events for Rockwell Automation, Cisco, and Microsoft executives to obtain direct customer feedback to develop product and technology roadmaps I utilize certifications from Balanced Scorecard Institute for strategy development and Up Your Service for customer service excellence. I also leverage best practices from Prosci Change Management training and apply the framework from Pragmatic Marketing.
