Since having my 2 baby girls within the last 2 years, I have been relief teaching at a handful of schools in the Western Suburbs. The Gap SHS, Springfield Central, Forest Lake SHS & Centenary SHS to name a few.

- Assisting members with Defined Benefit, Accumulation, State/Police and Pension accounts. Enquiries range from investments, insurance, general financial advice, claims, deposits and superannuation legislation (face to face and on the phone)- I must maintain my RG146 compliance and provide information in accordance with federal government bodies - APRA, ASIC and the ATOCoaching:- Coaching coordinator: Delegating trainees in the buddy system- Budding: Coaching new employees- Defined Benefit Trainer- Coaching plan creation- Spiels training: Conduct sessions for new induction groups to educate them on how to communicate with QSuper members effectivelyStaff Liaison Committee (SLC): - Information sessions, assistance with office wide events, internal communications, feedback, support and promotion of QSuper social and charitable activities- Social Club Committee – Deligate duties, decide events and present information to QSuper employeesSeminars Delivery Officer:- Present superannuation seminars to new government employees- QSuper representative at trade stands, expos and conferences run by Government departments

- Onsite manager and coach for all umpires at the UQ SPORT Netball Competition- Conflict resolution on the court between players, teams and officials- Managing the rostering and wages of the umpires- Admin duties for the cash float, stock management, injury insurance forms and tournament score sheets

Initiating and maintaining motor, house and contents insurance for a wide range of clients. This was a very holistic role ranging from handling complaints to managing relationships with our distribution partners.As a weekend shift supervisor I also organized the team rosters, ensured call quality and monitored the teams' KPIs.

I have been blessed enough to travel to over 56 countries in the last decade. Being a tour guide across the Southern, Central and Eastern coast of Africa was certainly one of the highlights.- Tour route from South Africa to Congo- Booking accommodation, transport and activities for the clients (rafting, bungy jumping, kayaking,gorilla trekking, quad biking, village tours etc...)- Being the tours' banker - arranging currency changes in each country- The best part is learning and teaching the travellers about the amazing flora and fauna (especially the big five) across Africa including interesting country statistics.
