My name is Carly and I'm a marketing major with a minor in management, seeking a full time job to apply the skills I've learned in my courses. I've earned my Associate of Arts degree in business and am working towards my Bachelor of Business Administration at University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business . I am currently employed as a manager and waitress at a restaurant in my home town, which has helped me gain essential skills in customer service and leadership. While my coursework simultaneously is awarding me skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. In my free time I enjoy reading and hanging out with my family. I also try to take trips to the National Parks over long breaks and have visited a total of 12 out of the 66 parks in the U.S. I am looking to pursue a career in marketing because I feel my creativity and high social skills will be able to thrive. Allowing me to be successful and helpful to a company.
