Gathered used test wafers from fab to strip back oxide, poly, nitride, and metal so they could be used again on processes. Pulled bare silicon wafers from stores to have them scribed for various operations, to be used as either test wafers or filler wafers for diffusion processes. Worked with engineers to set up correct wafers for tests on processes. Completed 100% inspection of testwafers after being stripped back to assure no chips or scratches on them, before sendingthem back to the various operations to be used.SPC Level I and II certified.

Worked with Engineering to setup PEF(Production Engineering Form)lots for process or product experiments.SPC Level I and II certified.*ACCOMPLISHMENTS*Convinced management that equipment used to clean company’s boats and boxes was inefficient and outdated. Management checked other sites to see what they were using and found two new boat and box washers at their Portland facility that were not being used, so they were sent to West Jordan plant. These two pieces of equipment did not cost the company anything and were able to fulfill needs.
