Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Finance & Administration Manger and Team Managers with particular responsibility for the development and maintenance of an efficient records management and filing system.Processing a high volume of customer orders including setting the orders up on the internal Opera Pegasus system, ensuring all product information is accurate, pricing from the relevant distributor is current and the customer delivery details are correct.Sole point of contact for Client complaints and queries, including order tracking, resolutions of problems in regards to incomplete orders, faulty goods and ensuring the Clients complete satisfaction.Sole responsibility for the generation of invoices including credits for our Corporate Clients ensuring all costs were accounted for.Responsible for the maintenance of the Credit Card transactions externally and internally, logging details on Excel to ensure a clear and manageable reconciliation. Arranging training courses for sales and technical staff and scheduling exams to ensure accreditations are kept up to date.Facilities management ensuring the building is in good working condition, liasing with the FD for costs and approval including project managing the fit out of a new sales office.Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devicesArranging corporate travel and accommodation for sales teams going to international conferences or visiting customers locally and abroad.Maintenance of our Internal and External PowerPoint presentations when required in accordance with our head office policies.Responsible for managing the Holiday request formsPA duties when required by the Managing DirectorHandle telephone, written and personal enquiries to the highest level of customer service, ensuring appropriate follow-on communications or action is attended to in each instance and consulting with the Finance & Administration Manager.

Responsibilities:Co-ordination of orders from point of contact to end point through SAP Accounts System.Collaborated with the transport managers for the weekly containers from the factory warehouses to our warehouse using SAP & Excel.Responsible for the monthly Invoices for the company through SAPAssisting the accounts department with filing, cross checking figures as required.
