I am a ambitious, hard working, confident determined individual who has worked with leading universities and brands to drive success. Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects, people, maintain and build strong client relationships. I have worked with small and large teams and have the capability to work both independently and within a team. I have completed my PhD in entrepreneurship/business incubation. My research explored how the incubatee and independent entrepreneurs perceived their role and performance success whilst working through their role demands, constraints and choices. I am very passionate about disruptive startups, entrepreneurship, and technology. My principal research interests lie in the field of entrepreneurship, business incubation and business support.
