In my role, I’m taking care of the public relations of the Puglian properties of Egnazia: Borgo Egnazia, Le Carrube, Masseria San Domenico and San Domenico Golf.Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communication Manager, my activities include: • Executing a comprehensive communications plan aligned with the properties’ commercial objectives and sales strategy.• Cultivating strong relationships with local, national, international media, and opinion leaders.• Coordinating press trips, media visits, influencer stays, and PR events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand standards.• Helping in the preparation of press kits, press releases, invitations, and other media materials to support PR initiatives.• Monitoring media coverage, maintain an up-to-date press database, and prepare detailed reports analyzing media performance.• Ensuring all written communications, including brochures, guest room materials, and website updates, adhere to brand identity and standards.• Contributing to the coordination of Fòglie, Borgo Egnazia’s magazine, by supporting editorial management and providing written content

My role specifically focuses on the Roman properties of the company - Hotel de Russie, Hotel de la Ville and Rocco Forte Houses.• Managing and organising weekly press reviews for all the Italian properties of Rocco Forte Hotels• Writing press releases to share with journalists and PR agencies the news of the Roman properties• Monitoring, archiving and reporting activities to HQ• Managing shoot activities from requests to assistance on set • Assisting in journalists' and influencers' press trips• Providing press kit with a focus on products on digital and print media• Supporting events on local and international markets

Massa Gioconda is a B2B company that operates in the luxury jewelry sector. During my time here, I managed a range of responsibilities and had the chance to rotate through different departments, from marketing and communication to product and sales. • Video Logger in the Archive Team for the Olympics and Paralympics • Logged Olympic sports in real time to provide accurate and detailed information of matches for national broadcasting services to access and air on television • Responsible for Judo, Wrestling and Canoe Sprint video content • Ensured video logs were completed in accordance with the most up to date sport rulesets, consulting with quality control advisors to finalise and publish the official match log sheets • Assisted other Video Loggers in completing secondary and tertiary passes on their log sheets • Crucial time keeping skills to ensure prompt arrival in the VTR room for the logging session before the feed came on air • Quality control of recordings and logs both after each session and as a part of five person team• Mastering the use of IP logger to achieve these tasks

During my exchange year in Tokyo, I have started to work with the Italian Marketing team of Go! Go! Nihon. • Market Research for the Italian Markerting Team through the launch of surveys that received more than 300 replies, aimed to help new customers better understand the service offering• Development of international connections between Italy and Japan through the management of communication channels.• Writing and translation of articles (between English and Italian) for the site blog, utilising the latest SEO descriptions to improve visibility. • Utilising tools like Canva and Wordpress to create social media content (Facebook and Instagram) such as infographics and blog posts.• Creation and subtitling of video content to increase engagement and ensure all content is accessible.My collaboration with Go!
