Role includes leading a group of people into achieving the same goal and maintaining integrity and quality of work while doing so. Involves coaching sessions and focus group discussions to help the team with their low points and emphasize the team member's high points to inspire other team members. Also handles onboarding training and upskilling from time to time to achieve staffing and SLA targets.

Main role is to protect the social media platform's users and integrity by reviewing ads against a list of workflows. A set of tools is given to receive tickets and those tickets are processed based on our knowledge of the policy updates and worklows. Must easily adapt to ever changing workflows to ensure quality of work at all times.

Job includes making sure that the machines work well even after maintenance and that the products produced every 2 hours by every machine is up to company standards. If a machine encounters a fault/issue, it is my job to analyze the trouble met and how it could possibly affect the quality of the product being processed at the time.
