Issuers, borrowers, underwriters, lenders, investors, insurance companies and financial institutional clients rely on me to assist them in a broad range of repurchase agreements, warehouse lending, servicing and securitization transactions. I advise on financing residential mortgage loans, non-performing loans, re-performing loans, single family rental properties, mortgage servicing rights and servicing advances.I advise clients in structuring and negotiating private and public asset backed securities offerings, and one-off and flow asset purchase arrangements or a variety of mortgage assets. I assist clients in the formation, maintenance and termination of various mortgage trusts. I conduct diligence with respect to mergers and acquisitions involving mortgage companies.I also have experience representing borrowers and mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions. Those transactions involve the acquisition and refinancing of market rate and affordable multifamily properties with an emphasis on loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).
