My current focus is on land sales for future development in Northern Virginia as well as selling, purchasing, and leasing commercial and industrial space.I have 20+ years’ experience dealing with zoning, land use, permits, transportation issues and proffer analysis.I bring my experience in urban and regional planning in Northern Virginia to my real estate practice. I worked for the Prince William County Planning Office and have a firsthand knowledge of the history of the development and growth that has occurred in Prince William in the past decades. I worked for Arlington County, Va., in planning and community development which provided a broad range of experience in dealing with various governmental groups and citizens.After leaving the public sector I started my own business to work as a consultant providing assistance to property owners, businesses, and developers in obtaining approval of rezoning and special use permits, site plans and other governmental permits. Being a native of Northern Virginia, I am well versed in development trends. The combination of my land planning and real estate background helped me during my 5 year appointment to the Prince William County Board Of Equalization, deciding on commercial and residential tax assessment appeals, and as President of Women In the Building Industry (NVBIA). Currently I serve as Commercial Director for Prince William Association of Realtors , as Chair of the Manassas Business Council, and on a committee for the Home Builders of Va.
