Main responsibilities:- Optimize commercially and technically the Gross Margin (short and mid-term up to 3 years) of our 23 GW generation assets (CCGT, Hydro, Nuclear, Coal);- Implement measures to respond to the changing market and new regulatory opportunities impacting Uniper Fleet in order to mitigate market and operational risks, ensure compliance, and maximize profit. - Official interface function between Asset Operations and the Commercial Departments.Main achievements:- Setting vision, mission and strategy for the team and influencing the Division strategic trajectory;-Defining optimal team staffing and leading recruiting campaigns;-Leading high performing teams with recognized business improvements and innovative projects delivered (i.e. Digital transformation program, Outage commercial optimization);- Positioning the team in a key value creation space fully appreciated and rewarded from the wide organization.
