-Profile-12+ years in the geospatial industries supporting both federal and county government in the Emergency Management arena, including local and federal law enforcement-Key Results Include-• Serves as the GIS lead for DHS IP’s Regional Resiliency Assessment Program (RRAP) and, in 2017, won a pacesetter award for innovative development of an intermodal routing tool in support of an RRAP for New York City Emergency Management• Developed and copyrighted a GIS application for FEMA to support supply chain management in the event of emergency situations. This application models critical infrastructure sectors, their nodes of operation, and the critical dependencies that those nodes must maintain in order to remain functional in order to inform emergency management decision makers – In 2018 GRID-M was a winner in the R&D 100 Awards (https://www.rd100conference.com/awards/winners-finalists/year/2018/)• Administered the DuPage County ArcGIS Portal; able to create flexible cloud-based applications and web maps as well as administer to all users, groups, roles and the data stored and shared within• Provided key support to the DuPage County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (OHSEM) during the April 2013 flood disaster by performing hot spot analysis and creating maps for use by FEMA in recovery efforts• Created maps and supported the FBI and local law enforcement during the 2012 Ryder Cup at Medina Country Club as a member of the Emergency Management Command Post• Spearheaded a project to verify every address in unincorporated DuPage County and streamline the process further through automation
