She transitioned into the world of Public Relations and Strategic Communication after a ten-year career as a Chemical Engineer and department lead for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering in the pharmaceutical and luxury beauty sectors, which she still remains passionate about and close to. Glover is currently an adjunct professor at Georgetown University and Baruch College, teaching ‘Power, Privilege, and Difference’ and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Communications to working professional students. She is often a counselor for Fortune 50 organizations doing Strategic Communications and DE&I consulting. While Glover is dedicated to her professional endeavors, she finds balance and fulfillment through her faith, volunteer work, and the support of her family, colleagues, and friends. She is the 2023 president of the PRSA-NY chapter and an executive board member of her local chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in Newark, NJ.
