After graduating from Nautical School at 19, I attended the Italian Shipping Academy in Genoa, where I alternated between studies and onboard training with Costa Cruise as a Cadet Officer. After two years, I completed my studies and qualified as a Third Officer. In 2019, I qualified as Chief Mate and was promoted to Second Officer within the same year. By 2023, I had been promoted to First Officer. Recently, I transitioned to Princess Cruise Line. My first contract with Princess was as Senior Second Officer, and I am currently serving as First Officer. This year, I obtained an unlimited master license.With 12 years of experience on cruise ships, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of teamwork in ensuring safety and fostering the growth of each Officer. I strive to be a charismatic leader and a positive example for junior officers.
