Complete management of four ships in a site office in Augusta (Italy)

Responsible for technical operation of a fleet of Oil/Chemical tankers, ensuring compliance with Statutory Class and Flag requirements;2. Responsible for maintenance of the ship and its equipment; 3. Monitor and approved spare parts and store supply ;4. Planning and monitoring dry docking of assigned ships.5. Carry out on board technical inspections;6. Carry out internal ISM Audit 7. Supervise the satisfactory completion of numerous external audits and vetting inspection.8. During this period, I have prepared the assigned ships for various renewal and intermediate surveys, in many different shipyards around Europe. My overall responsibility was on all Machineries, mechnical and hull repairs. Being the ships in the fleet at the time of my employment, all old Oil/Chemical tankers, I have participated in exstensive hull repairs, including the conversion from a single hull to a double hull tanker being conducted at the Naviravenna shipyards. In the same vessel, I had the chance to supervise the main engine crankcase renewal, and also the fittings of a new cargo pumps units. Furthermore I was part of the team for the delivery of the first new built Oil/Chemical tanker Primo M in Spain. I was responsable for the technical superintendancy of the vessel, which was manned with Spanish crew.

Owner reppresentant the new buildings of Nr. 2 chemical tankers , coordinator for all commissioning makers to star ship macchinery.After the construction finished , I followed the ship first as chief engineer and later as a technical Superintendent.
