I love meeting people and talking with them, sharing my own story and hearing theirs, learning what lights them up and inspiring them to be all that they can be. In Frome UK I have given talks to retired Navy personnel, business owners, managers, charity workers and the general public. I help people to develop confidence with their public speaking skills and to communicate with ease in any situation. Now living in Australia, I am available for presentations on a wide range of topics, and am happy to support anyone wishing to develop their ability and confidence to speak at meetings, interviews and conferences. Sessions can be via Zoom or in person, depending on location.

Inspired by Philosopher Serge Benhayon who is the founder of Universal Medicine, this website is written by the hundreds of volunteers world-wide who are sharing their experiences of living another way. Many of us are living healthier lives with greater vitality as a result of changing to nutritious diets, changing attitudes and behaviours so that life is relatively stress-free. I have written several articles that are published around the site.

It was often very busy in the JSR kitchen and learning to work in a stressful situation and bring stillness to busyness was a challenge but the team were very supportive of each other and work was always good fun.

I had lots of fun working three days a week in the busy Parc Market (supermarket). It was pretty busy all year round. The job was varied because I could be working in the Bakery, at the checkout, serving ice cream in the sweet shop, or stacking shelves. I facilitated monthly action learning groups for directors, managers and small business owners at the Suffolk Management Network Meetings run by Business Link. I assisted the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce by offering Presentation Skills coaching to Networking Lunch speakers, and I occasionally facilitated on Team Building events for a local training company. I was an NVQ Assessor for Customer Service Level 3.
