About Carmel Ruggeri

I connect Sicilian culture and food to the world. Through my Sicilian Food Tours, established in 2012, I run organised and private tours with a difference in Sicily. Visit tomato farms, wineries and some of Sicily’s best restaurants and eateries.Go where the locals go. I'm passionate about hospitality, food and travel. I am active on social media sites Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter having built the very successful restaurant, La Casa Ristorante through advice of social media in 2010. In Sydney I am currently the contractor at Club Five Dock for their catering on Level 1. I still work in hospitality on different projects such as at the outdoor Opera with Opera Australia & the Easter Show with Puntino Catering & events. My love for hospitality and passion for customer service is evident in my delivery to customers worldwide.
