-Subjects taught: for Biomedical Engineering students - Equipment Management Laboratory, Biotechnology, Hospital Administration, Biostatistics and Biomedical Engineering Seminar; for Physiotherapy students - Biomedical Physics I and II.-Devised and coordinated the annual event IEM day in which conferences and workshops are given.

-Trained to new technicians to perform maintenance and repairs.-Developed and documented the steps to follow for each process: pick up an equipment, repair/maintain it, and deliverit. In this way, the same service was guaranteed regardless of the technician.-Identified the ideal client for the business, as well as the way to get their attention on social networks through short videos that would explain how to identify problems with their machines.

-Performed preventive maintenance, calibrations and repairs on equipment.-Developed preventive maintenance and calibrations protocols for equipment that, being of Chinese origin, did not have service manuals.-Documented information regarding maintenance, calibrations and repairs.-Medical equipment expertise: diode laser hair removal machines, ultrasonic cavitation and radiofrequency machines (aesthetic); refrigerator and freezer for medical store, centrifuges (laboratory); autorefractometers and phoropters (ophthalmological)
