This role involves creating individualized professional development plans for supervisors and managers. Analyzing the training needs of individual facilities to formulate coaching plans and re-trainings. Built and maintain the learning management system. Develop multiple access points for recertification. Revamp training materials to accommodate the broad spectrum of learner ability and lexicon levels. Construct new training on demand per company need and DHS specification. Deliver presentations to company wide audiences in person and via Teams.

This role involves working with multiple teams to plan, organize and execute all aspects of the training program, including developing, delivering, and maintaining content across our programs. Audited and restructured existing training programs to align the with Department of Human Services requirements. Instituted and trained all staff on new skills to decrease workman compensation claims by 80%. Created policy and procedures for the position.

This role involved creating a skilled team of servers and bartenders who possessed the training, motivation, and leadership needed to achieve all goals within a fast-paced environment. The scope of this role included full leadership over the creation of new training programs, sessions, and curricula. Key to this was a focus on changing organizational and staff needs.
