* Managing and developing preferential relationships with all our suppliers• Sourcing third party suppliers and costs best suited to the jobs at-hand• Coordinating production elements with third party suppliers.• Managing the costing process, and ensuring we meet budgeted margins• Managing timings for all jobs (with internal and external costs).• Managing the relationship between our internal stakeholders (Client Service and Accounts) to ensure Client PO’s received, and jobs correctly and timeously executed, invoiced and paid for.• Working with Accounts and Traffic to present monthly reporting on hourly billings, including total billings, cost of sales, margins, recovery of internal costs, net profits achieved, and efficiencies achieved.• Project managing jobs, with particular focus on external suppliers, to ensure material deadlines are met, and that materials are distributed as per Client instructions.* Print Production: Briefing suppliers on the element that needs to be printed, when receiving cost adding in to Chase (which is our cost system) and supplying it to Client Service. Once cost has been approved getting the artwork from DTP and getting the job in to Print and delivered on time. When jobs are completed reconciling jobs and getting all invoice to finance. * Art Buying: Briefing supplier stills photography job, t-shirt job, pencil topper, buying images, etc. Then adding cost on chase and supplying this to Client Service. Once cost has been approved, supplying orders to secure the production. * TV and Radio Producing:Briefing production houses on TV production, applying cost to Chase and getting timing plans. Once cost and timing plan is approved, starting the Pre-production, then the shoots and after Post-production. Booking voice for TV and Radio commercial, booking studio and supplying material to stations via Adstream.

Client Service - Getting briefs from clients, quoting on the brief, once an purchase order is received, placing the order in with production/warehouse.

* General:Liaising with suppliers and giving quotes to Client service, billings at the end of the month, capturing invoices and filling. * Art Buying: Getting quotes from different Suppliers, and adding cost to Chase to supply to Client service. Once the cost is approved, supplying purchase orders to secure the production. Assisting creative’s get the correct Images, Production agency, Photographer etc.

DUTIES * 1line Braodband Agent: Taking inbound calls and assisting customers with their broadband issues, (Troubleshooting) and getting a Technician out if the fault is not rectified.* Faults Dept.: Fixing landlines also connecting a Technician if the fault is not rectified.

* Switchboard Operator: Answering the phone and connecting the call to the correct department, filling * Cashier: Taking payment from customers.
