I currently manage four sections in the Comptroller's Office: accounts payable, payroll, benefits reconciliation and grants. Part of my duties are streamline operation processes, update procedures, create policies and procedures, lead sections to ensure all areas are in compliance, review and approve work product, collaborate with other departments in projects, collaborate with management in team meetings and enhance team by working through their strengths. As part of my accomplishments under my management are running an in-house payroll with one (1) payroll coordinator for 1,400 employees, increasing accounts payable check runs for one to three in a work week and creatin a strong team to improve our reputation, reducing the amount of manual analytical work on all sections by creating exception and comparison reports.

Manage and guide four sections: grants, payroll, accounts payable and benefits reconciliation. Plus worked with bank reconciliation and (interim) revenue.
