- Production and distribution of daily, weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc financial reports for internal, external and historical use.- Preparation of the annual budget weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and in liaison with all relevant departments - Management of working capital to ensure that the optimum cash resources are available within the hotel thorough the management of debtors, creditors, inventories.- Communicates upcoming changes within the political, social, economic and technological areas of the market and assists in the development of strategic action plans to ensure that organizational objectives are met.- Negotiate and approve all agreements and contracts for their commercial need and value to the organization and assists in negotiating terms for the hotel within such agreements and contracts.
