This may be an extensive bio, but some of us have had a lot of spare time lately...It was nearly 24 years ago my experience began in hospitality, in one of Dallas' Landmark Convention Hotels. I began as a Receptionist in Sales and Marketing. A year later I accepted a position as an Assistant to the Director in the Luxury Health Club facility with nearly 25 staff members.  After nearly ten years in that position Hilton developed a luxury spa within the club. I pursued and won the role of Assist. Spa Manager. This position was integral to all the business functions required to launch this new amenity. With my expanding management skills and my relationship with the Director, we established ourselves in the metroplex market as an upper scale spa amenity. Years passed and with the change of Director at the main health club, my skills were needed to manage the administration of the main facility. With business functions soon under control, I went on to revitalize the dormant retail shop. I doubled the sales year over year for 3 consecutive years. This made me extremely proud! Looking back, this was a very fulfilling time in my career... With the hotel's goal to invigorate kid friendly travel in 2015, the owners developed a beautiful water resort adjacent to the club within the 7 acre park. Again, I took a management role in the launch of an even greater amenity. With extensive staff to train and numerous business functions to establish, I was lucky to have my retail experience.  The store was ready for patrons on day one and it was a good thing, because there were plenty of them! With a degree in Graphics and my love for Design, I pursued yet another avenue within the city of the Anatole. Sales & Marketing! That put me in the heart of the BIG building!  My strong accounting skills were a great benefit in this position. I was tasked with oversight of a 3M dollar budget, as well as extensive support of the Admin.Team. Further responsibilities in this position involved weekly meetings with Dept. Executives reviewing P&L and Forecast etc.Thank you for your time in reading this long description of my history.
