Over the course the 20 years at JPMC, positions and responsibilities included:Executive Director and Head of Campus Recruiting and Pipeline Development for Chase. In this capacity, I was responsible for creating the national recruiting, mentoring, and promotional strategies across 6 consumer businesses. In addition to recruiting, I re-designed the curriculum for the 2-year rotational Chase Leadership Development Program for both the analysts (Bachelor’s degree) and the associates (MBAs). Before transitioning to HR, I spent 17 years with JPMorgan Securities primarily as a Generalist on the Institutional Fixed Income Sales team. As a Generalist, I focused on delivering the full spectrum of Fixed Income products to institutional clients. Prior to sales, I was a Structured Products Research Analyst focused on the more traditional asset classes (autos, credit cards, student loans and rate reduction bonds). While at JPM, I also acted as Co-Chair of the Investment Bank’s Black Leadership Forum. Most notable, I implemented several key diversity programs to promote the recruitment, retention and advancement of Blacks and Hispanics with measurable success.
