I obtained my law degree from Stockholm University in 2018. With a background primarily in the field of employment law, I have dedicated most of my career to this area. I am deeply passionate about my role as a lawyer and driven by my core values to facilitate access to justice.Before entering the legal profession, I excelled in sales, consistently setting and surpassing sales records. Additionally, I have contributed to the development of insurance terms for unemployment benefits at insurance companies.In conjunction with the new employment protection legislation that came into effect on October 1, 2022, in Sweden, I founded the app aLex. Developed for both employers and employees, aLex provides tailored legal advice specifically focused on employment law.Currently, I serve as both an employment law lawyer, assisting both employers and employees, and as a key driver in accelerating our growth, transforming our app aLex into an all-in-one digital platform with customized solutions for both employers and employees. My vision is to automate and digitize the employment law processes for each target group, serving as a trusted partner in employment law. Additionally, I aim to automate our internal processes by integrating our platform as a support system for our legal team. We are launching several new services throughout 2024.
