Sr. HRIS Analyst mainly focused on Workday configuration and system management. Develops, configures, supports and maintains the HR information systems. Analyzes business requirements and develops or modifies programs to ensure the effective storage, retrieval and reporting of employee data. Ensures integrity of HR databases and provides HRIS systems support to end-users. Prepares and/or supervises the production of HRIS reports and subsequent data analysis.Enables the HR team and HR business partners to make informed business decisions by providing timely, pertinent HR analytics/reporting and technology solutions supporting areas to include talent acquisition and human capital management. Acts as subject matter expert providing functional and technical guidance to team.Provides expert consulting, HRIS program and policy design, and identification of best practices of the HRIS function.Proactively identifies opportunities for system enhancements and engages and consults with functional owners providing detailed system-based options for resolving complex business process issues.Drives and documents business requirements and procedures and obtains sign off to ensure alignment of proposed solution.Leads HR centers of excellence to execute business process re-engineering, solve for best practices and troubleshoot and understand and fix configuration issues.Executes communication strategy that includes suggestions and peer to peer knowledge to help optimize implementation decisions.Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) while providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other project managers.Workday configurations for functional areas: HCM, Benefits, Time & Absence, Compensation, and Payroll. All things Benefits including Multiple Open Enrollments and ACA setup. All areas: Business Processes, Custom Objects, Custom Domains, Security, Implement System Updates, and EIBs.

Acts as first point of contact for client tenant configuration requests; works directly with customers to troubleshoot and determine solutions for complex issues. Assists clients in solving Human Resource related needs and issues (Full Benefits setup - relation to Payroll, Compensation, Employee Relations), and Open Enrollment configuration and processing.Produce ad-hoc reports for various types and levels of end users Acts a liaison between customers and Workday Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer's overall objectives and requirements, including on-site consulting. Serves as a point of escalation for issues or activities that the customer encounters during product utilization. Centralized HR/Payroll for the two largest plants in the company, as well as the Corporate office. Manage and process Payrolls, Benefits, New Hires - background checks and drug testing, Unemployment Claims, Leave of Absences, Multiple Email Boxes, and HR/Benefits Support phone line for all employees. Resolve employees Issues revolving around benefits and paychecks. Work directly with supervisors at my designated locations. Data Entry into HR/Payroll Systems and Multiple Vendors Systems. Assist/Advise/Support HR Generalists at the plants, as well as local Corporate Office employees, employees in the field, and plant workers. 2 Unions/CBAs. Train on systems, Develop/Write procedures, and Run Reports. Three System Implementations.
